All you need to do is provide us with the Hindi manuscript for the contents of your existing web site pages. We will then recreate those pages in Hindi using our proprietary BharatVani Unicode fonts and format them so that they will have the same look and feel as other web pages on your site. You will simply upload them to your existing web site server and proudly direct your Indian viewers to your own Hindi site. Visitors to your site with new computers having support for Unicode fonts will be able to view your Hindi pages without downloading any font. If you like we can also link Hindi version of your web site to BharatVani/IntelIndia sites on a reciprocal basis.
After the Hindi version of your site is up and running, if you ask us to work on additional pages for your web site we will give you up to 50% discount on all additional pages over what you normally pay for similar pages in English language.

How much you normally charge for creating web pages?
Our prices vary by language and the amount of work involved, ranging from $20 for a basic page in English (such as this one) to $100 for pages with multiple links and creative designs. Hindi translation for a standard page of up to 500 words costs $20 from English and $30 from and to other languages. We will be very happy to give a price quote for your specific design and order.
How do I order your translation and other services?
Very simple. Just e-mail, fax or airmail Hindi manuscripts of any web pages indicating their URLs and your preferences. We will visit your web site, type and code your Hindi manuscripts to give them same look and feel as your original web pages. Remember, there is no cost for the first five pages. If you ask us to produce more than 5 pages, or need our assistance with Hindi translation or other web designing and maintenance services, one of our account representative will contact you with cost estimate immediately.
Will it be cheaper to order these services from a local vendor in India?
Surprise! In furtherance of our object to promote use of Hindi language on web-site we have been providing these very specialized services almost free or at a fraction of the cost your local vendor will charge, no matter where you live in the world. How do I pay for my order?
You can send payment by international money order, bank draft or personal check payable to Shashi Advani in U.S.A. currency. Please note that international personal checks can take up to 6 weeks in clearance and consequent delay in processing your order. If you are located in India you can pay equivalent rupee amount through our Delhi representative at current bank conversion rate. We also accept payment with major credit cards through https://www.paypal.com who are our secure online payment processors.
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Most jobs can be completed within 10 days of receipt of your manuscript (or approval of Hindi translation), together with any payment (if applicable). Special creative services like animated graphics in Hindi, site enhancements, PowerPoint, Shockwave, or Realaudio presentation, or custom Java scripting etc. may take up to 4 weeks. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular order.
